Log into your LenovoPart account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the components in their original anti-static packaging and protective foam to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the part's integrity and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
